Temporary Intake Specialists
AppCAA is looking for two Temporary Intake Specialists in response to COVID-19 Appalachian Community Action and Development Agency, Inc. (AppCAA) is searching for Two Intake Specialists to help us effectively respond to the COVID-19 crisis in Southwest Virginia. These positions will work closely with clients to assess their situation, connect them with emergency services and provide referrals to our community partner agencies. Excellent customer service, listening and problem-solving skills and a High School diploma/GED are required, previous customer service experience is preferred. Drug screening and background check required. Salary is $23,000 and excellent benefits are provided. These are Full Time Temporary Positions and will be considered a 12-month assignment from the date of employment.
