Receptionist / Assistant
Receptionist/Assistant wanted. Duties for this position would include greeting and managing patient flow through the office, making appointments, collecting their fees, as well as dealing with the patients insurance. Because of this , the ideal candidate will possess good people skills as well as basic computer skills Additional experience with insurance, Microsoft Excel, Quick Books or previous employment in healthcare would be a bonus. This is a small business so all other job requirements would be to assist the Dr. in keeping the office running smoothly.
