Recreation Programmer

The City of Bristol Tennessee is seeking a full time Recreation Programmer. The purpose of the position is to plan, coordinate, and manage parks, programs, activities, and special events. Supervises staff and instructors, promotes activities and programs, develops curricula, and oversees corresponding administrative activities. Bachelor's Degree in Recreation/Park Management, Public Administration or related with 2 years of recreation programming and progressive management experience within a local government preferred. Must have excellent communication and computer skills. Occasional night, weekend and holiday work.
