Injection Mold Shift Leader

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and play a crucial role in our Injection Molding and assembly operations. This position requires someone who can efficiently operate machinery, perform quality assessments, and ensure the smooth running of production workflows.

Key Duties:

• Set up and operate various machines utilized in our production processes.
• Conduct measurements and evaluations of finished products to verify compliance with established specifications.
• Support team leaders in diagnosing and resolving production-related issues as they arise.
• Uphold a clean and organized workspace, promoting optimal safety and efficiency.
• Accurately document production metrics in our software systems to ensure data integrity.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent credentials.
• Prior experience in an Injection Molding setting is essential.
• Ability to adhere to standardized procedures consistently.
• Familiarity with basic mathematical skills and measurement instruments.

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge in quality control processes and analysis.
• Reliable and dependable work ethic.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
