Escalations Specialist/Loss Prevention
LPI, Inc. is the largest hot tub manufacturer in the United States, with 70+ Aqua Living retail locations selling manufacturer-direct across the country. The company is looking for an ambitious, talented, Escalations Specialist/Loss Prevention to work alongside our company's management team, customer and tech service department to support growth initiatives. This role will require the following:
Identify, recommend, and implement practices to minimize loss of merchandize, money or company assets.
Responsible for resolving credit card disputes and collecting payments/merchandize from individuals responsible for the debt.
Meticulous record keeping and attention to detail
Works well with deadlines
Works well under pressure
Monitoring accounts on a daily basis
Responding to and managing complaints and escalations resulting in credit card/finance disputes
Process all recovery administrative duties including preparing legal documents for filing
Scheduling of recovery, coordinating and repossession of merchandize when needed
Must have strong communication skills and the ability to problem-solve and negotiate.
The hours are Monday – Friday, either 8-5 with a 1-hour lunch, or 8:30-5 with a 30-minute lunch.
The starting pay will be $17-20 plus bonus.
