Key Account Manager, Industrial
This position in Columbia, SC for Mersen USA
Holdings Corp. We are a global key component
supplier to the electrical manufacturing market,
supplying circuit protection devices to all aspects of the industry. This person needs to be technically
competent to specify our products to our OEM
customers but also be fluent in sales presentation to satisfy the demands of new and existing accounts
including selective national accounts. They must have the ability to meet sales and expense budget
objectives in support of the annual Sales Plan. This is a position within a fast-moving multifunction sales and manufacturing organization. Must be able to maintain consistent quality support within an OEM
environment, must be able to manage both end users and manufactures representative organizations,
follow up sales leads and develop new sales
opportunities, target and develop appropriate vertical markets, develop existing key OEM accounts in
accordance with the Sales budget, meet all sales
volume objectives, coordinate with both internal and external technical support, is able to manage in a multi-cultural and international environment, will be required to identify customer's key decision-makers and develops intimate relationship with multiple touch points at the customer’s locations, have a strong
commitment to customer service, intervene in regard to customer service, schedule sales calls, assist
customers with training, support product launches, provide market information and sales forecasts to sales management and ensure that sales
administration responsibilities are completed in a timely and accurate manner. It requires a Diploma in Industrial Technology or related field and at least 4 years’ experience in technical support and strategic marketing for power electronic devices. Must know SIEMENS S7 400., Alley Bradley, Moeller, Profibus network PLC S7 400.
