DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES
Moline-Coal Valley School District
The Moline-Coal Valley School District serves the educational needs of approximately 7,300 students in multiple facilities totaling 1.3M square feet. The Director oversees the maintenance, grounds, custodial staff, as well as any contractors hired for facilities and maintenance projects and services. The Director is responsible for developing and maintaining a sustainable campus facilities department. This includes the planning and administration of construction activities, recommending Architectural and Engineering design services, budgeting, upgrades, replacements and renovations, facility documentation, and record keeping.
The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree with a major in a related field of study or must be able to show evidence of successful experiences for either an educational or industrial setting.
The successful candidate shall have the competency and experience necessary to direct, control, and supervise the responsibilities of this position.
